What sets us apart from the rest is our level of service before, during and after our tailoring sessions, fabric offerings, custom options and quality. Our quality control process is overseen by a team of 4 specialists, each of whom have over 20 years of experience in bespoke tailoring.
We source our cloth from a variety of different countries and only from reputable manufacturers. Brands such as Holand & Sherry, Vitale Barberis, & Marzoni are a few to name along with house fabrics which have been tested for quality from various Italian, English, & Indian manufacturers.
We use a range of materials, each carefully selected for their quality and appearance. We have various price ranges to suit every budget and requirement, using materials ranging from Super 120s to Super 180s, from Cashmere and Wool blend to Pure Australian Wool. Following your meeting with us where you have been measured, we will keep a record of all your measurements in our store. Should you want to order new items from us directly or online, we will reconfirm if you would like to use your old measurements on record or if you would like to be re-measured. We do this to ensure that each piece of clothing you order from us fits you perfectly.
Most certainly. The benefits of having custom made garments is that we can design the garment exactly how you like it from scratch. If you have a picture/video of an item of clothing that you would like us to recreate for you, you may simply show us the picture during our meeting or send us the picture online if you are ordering online. We will do our best to replicate the picture/video you have shown us.
Yes, most definitely. If you have a piece of clothing which you enjoy the fit of, and would like it replicated identically, we can copy your sample and provide you with the same fit in a new piece of clothing.
We most certainly can. Should you have your preferred fabric already on hand with you, we can create your beautifully tailored clothes from them.
Please write an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what changes you would like to make. As orders can go in production quite quickly, it is important that you do this as soon as possible so we can apply the changes to the order before the fabric for your garments is cut.
We most certainly do. Our custom garments cover all gender ranges, so do not fret!
Making an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, simply click the schedule appointment button on the homepage of our website and fill in the steps that pop up. Alternatively, you may also email us at email@example.com informing us your desire to schedule an appointment and we would be happy to help you.
For trunk shows, if you’ve met us before, we will always email you well before Andy arrives in your city and you may schedule an appointment by replying to the email.
Our Stylist can meet you in our hotel suite, at your home or office. (If we meet at your office, it would be ideal if a conference room can be arranged.)
The appointment can last from 30 minutes to one hour. It is a one-on-one consultation between you and the stylist which emphasizes the personal nature of our service and allows you to have complete control over the process and the conversation.
Initially, the conversation (10-20 minutes) will be about:
Dressing habits (corporate or casual)
Work routine (percentage of time spent traveling or indoors or in meetings)
Whether you’re looking to completely refresh your wardrobe or complement existing items.
We will then show you our fabric collection and give advice on what kind of fabrics will be best for you. We’ll also guide you on how you can customize your garment. For example we help you choose the collar and cuff styles on your shirt or the pocket style on your Suit.
Lastly (15-20 minutes), we’ll take over 30 body measurements and note details about your posture which will help our cutters determine the ideal fit for your physique.
At present, we visit select cities in the US, Europe and Australia (see locations), however, we are constantly growing the list of cities we visit. Thus, please kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your city is not listed and we will do our best to visit you at the earliest.
Ordering online is very easy, simply send us an email at email@example.com with your desired order. We will send you back images of various cloth samples saved on our cloud server for you to pick from along with images of our style guide. From those you simply select the cloth you would like along with the style you prefer and your order will be ready to process!
If you are an old customer, we would use your sizes that we have on record.
If you are a new customer OR would like to provide us with new sizes, please refer to the question below as to how you can go about doing that.
Payments can be made via VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards; or through a bank transfer to our local Thai Bank account.
If you are a new customer you can still order online despite us not having your measurements. To order, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be glad to walk you through the process of choosing the right fabric and style to fit your tastes. After that, we would need to acquire your sizes. There are a few options in this scenario:
1) We have a self measure guide available on our website (CLICK HERE). You can simply follow the steps on the self measure guide in order to provide us with the necessary sizes required to produce your garment of choice.
2) You may go to a local tailor in your country, ask them to measure you and then provide us with those measurements.
3) If you have a garment that you already enjoy the fit of, you can send us the sample garment via mail and we can duplicate the sizes as per the sample (we will send the sample garment back with your new order once the order has been completed).
Payments can be made via VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. Alternatively, you may also send us a bank transfer to our local Thai Bank account using TransferWise or other transferring services.
Delivery and Shipping
When you order at the store front, you can collect your clothing within 3-5 days. However, if your order was placed through a trunk show, your custom garments will be shipped 6-8 weeks from the date of your order. Every suit order comes with a high quality protection bag, elegantly folded in a hard box.
Once your parcel leaves the our workshop we will send you an email update with the tracking number for your parcel. In case you have not received an email update with the tracking number within 6-8 weeks after your order, please send us an email on email@example.com and we will update you with a status and an expected date of delivery.
Duty inclusive shipping is available for the USA, Australia, and most European countries, however customers should send us an inquiry for detailed shipping costs as they vary from country to country and change every so often. Checking EMS rates with ThailandPost is a good way to get a rough idea of shipping costs to your country.

Washing and Drying
In most cases we already preshrink most of the fabrics that we offer by washing them prior to the stitching process, thereby minimizing shrinking. However, some fabric may still be susceptible to shrinkage depending on how you wash your shirts. To get thorough information based on the fabric you have purchased please contact us at email@example.com
For cotton and linen shirts, we recommend washing them in cold / room temperature water followed by an air dry. We do not recommend using a dryer to dry the shirts as a dryer can cause shrinkage and make the shirts wear faster than normal. We also do not recommend dry cleaning shirts as they do not allow the shirt to be thoroughly cleaned. For detailed information on how to take care of your garments please visit the Aftercare section on our website.
No, our suits, coats and trousers should be dry cleaned only. However, excessive dry cleaning can also be detrimental for your suit and coats. Try not to dry clean your garments more than once every few months. For daily maintenance, it is advised to brush down your suit with a suit brush after a day’s use to get rid of dust particles on the fabric and allow it to hang overnight. Alterations and Quandaries
Alterations are free of charge for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery. Customers are requested to have their garments shipped back to our Bangkok address. After which all alterations will be completed and shipped back to the client.
However, our incidence of having to make alterations is extremely rare. If you are not satisfied with the order, we will do our absolute best to ensure that the fit is right and that you’re happy with the garment. Depending on the alterations necessary, we will keep in touch with every client to ensure their satisfaction with the alteration process.
The alteration process can take upto a few days once your garments have arrived in our possession, depending on the complexity. They should be shipped back out within 7-10 business days.
All of our garments have a no refund policy. Exceptions can be made for certain orders. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any issues you may have.
